I found this interesting quote in the reading. It caught my attention.
"Oppressing is oppressing to those who oppress as well as those they oppress".
The quote means that the people who are doing the oppressing are also oppress. Like how you can say women are oppressed by society's guidelines of how they should act and look-so too are males. They also are oppressed by their masculine image of being tough...etc. So both groups are being oppressed by each other, because of society's image of gender. Its a circle that keeps going around and around. So how do you end it? Maybe both parties shouldn't believe those stereotypes of the opposite gender?
